Both are translations by Thich Nhat Hanh. At first, Sister True Dedication and TNH alternate and then TNH closes the meditation by himself.
First half is directed toward ourselves. 2nd half is focused on someone else. Have everyone think of a person before we begin.
TNH’s audio is repeated twice so its easier to catch every word.
